where is general chatter?

"Words from our Cap'n" seems like announcement by CAPT.

"Greetings" is well.. greeting.

"Looky Here!!" seems like announcement/bragging for rest of crew..

so, where would we post our general crew chatter!


on (un?-)related note, where is my forum level? XD
